Hi, my name is Choo Lee Peng. I'm
Malaysian and having Visual Communication course since 2010.Maybe you will
ask, why should I study in Taiwan, the reason is I love their environment.
Here, everything is full of design, wall painting, graphic design on the train,
art exhibition frequently ,even word-types in magazines also need to
re-design.
Here, everyday is full of happiness. I am glad to have a group of team
member, guide me everything that I don't know. They teach me how to get a
transport to those tourist places , they join me to have some weekend
activities, they will always there to help me.
In my sophomore year, I have been choosing as a member in our department art
gallery. In the commit, I am the
only international student. Here, I face a lots of communication troubles. We
are having different culture and different solution to settle problems. But,
at the end, we held a great activity successfully and it is meaningful. For
me, this is called as the sense of honor.
Besides that, I have joined a racing team. There, I did my first
self-design website. I try to use the knowledge that I learnt from class to
have a website. When facing technical troubles, mail to professor and they
are willing to helps us. When you having any questions, you can always find
you class teacher for help. For me, I really feels lucky to have a
responsible teacher.

Sometimes
university life is taxing. But sometimes is reallyrnfun and interesting as
well. I have been studied 2 years as a student of Visual Communication Design
Department since 2010. I still remember when I first came into this school,
everything seems fresh and new and exciting to me. Without doubt, there is
quite stressful in my study too. I have to take required and optional courses
and go though difference types of assignments such as making film, packaging
design, website design and so on. I have to work hard to maintain my
eligibility for the scholarship. A great pity it is indeed that I always
spend my weekends in doing assignment. As a result, I have no time to
exercise and make me gain a lot of weight. I think I have to learn some
skillful management of my time which is not superficial but fundamental that
probably will make me achieve more. In these two years, I have been
introduced to a new culture, a new way of life and new people. These two
years marked what can only be described as the best experience I’ve ever had
in my life. Four years is only a short period when we compared with our whole
lifetime. By studying here I become mature and prepare myself for the real
world. It is a great honor to study at STUST today.
